SOLD Duchess 3 TEACUP original oil painting

The Duchess #3 Teacup painting SOLD is an original oil painting from the series titled “Duchess” created by artist Roxanne Dyer. In this artwork a pink teacup is banded with deep gold and rich hi-lights; it’s presented on an embroidered linen napkin floating across a marble surface.  The accented rim of the teacup and beautifully curved handle are illuminated by a nearby window.  The light fills the saucer, reflecting shapes and colours like so many memories upon the translucent china surface that encircle this tiny vessel.  There is a gleaming silver spoon tucked just left of the saucer.  

The original painting is oil on canvas and measures 9"x12".
